Healthy careers
Our Leadership and Management apprenticeship aims to produce the next group of future company leaders. It is delivered in partnership with leading training provider Corndel and is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The programme focuses on our colleagues’ internal development and offers a diploma at both level 3 and level 5. The programme includes training and development in key management and leadership areas, including communication, setting targets and objectives, recruitment and retention, coaching and mentoring, safe working practices, managing appraisals and development plans, valuing diversity, commercial awareness and finance skills.
